This was fascinating. I'm so curious about the podcast element, in the podcast bio it says "见识过 世界也体味过生活的GIADA WOMAN聚集在 这里进行自由表达,交流人生思考,讨论专专 于这个人生阶段的女性议题,传递出坚韧与温 柔并存的女性力量." Obviously being a Chinese production, I wonder what their take on feminism is, and how deep or for they're willing to go on a lot of subjects. Have you listened to any of the episodes? Also, are they any good!

The podcast is very good and I highly recommend it.

If you’re expecting sharp, structural critiques of gender or very activist, confrontational feminism, this podcast will probably feel too gentle. The conversations are all with women, and they usually represent the cultural sphere--writers, directors, musicians, actresses, standup comedians. The topics discussed are fairly elite and urban, and most “women’s issues” are framed around how to become a better, more fulfilled self despite the system, rather than how to push against it.

I see the podcast as a key pillar of how GIADA creates emotional resonance with the audience, and by extension, affinity to the brand. Red Note is more an environment built for fast takes, it’s rare to have a space designed purely for women to talk, reflect, and stay with a question without rushing to solutions--the episodes run for more than 1.5 hr sometimes 2 hrs long. The conversations are calm, thoughtful, and quite intimate.

That sounds very interesting, I'll be checking it out, thanks!
